Our Institutional Educational Project (PEI) is a Transformational Management strategy that enables a multidisciplinary dialogue of four Helices, whose foundations are supported by substantial functions with the objective of satisfying the needs of the communities in which it is inserted, with the capacity for innovation and co-responsibility for sustainable development.
The integration of the Mission, Vision, Objectives, Values and Goals are established as strategic bets in the definition of the policies and models that are required for the development of Transformational Management at an institutional level (GTI). This enables dialogue and interest among the different actors in the training process, enhancing their role, while redirecting their interaction capabilities through active participation, cooperative work and co-management of real solutions to structural problems. The Institutional Educational Project establishes the policies of Good Government, Governance and Accountability; Management, Transfer and Co-creation of Knowledge; Science, Technology, Innovation and Social Appropriation of Knowledge; Extension; Internationalization; Well-being and Comprehensive Institutional Development; Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement, Administrative and Financial Management; and Management of Technological Infrastructure Development.
Iditek's mission is to identify and empower talents for the co-creation of solutions to problems and needs in the environment, through the joint work of business, academia, government, civil society and the use of science, technology and the arts.
Ensure full employment for all our graduates.
