The Institutional Development Plan 2023-2026, articulated with the Annual Action Plan and the Technological Development Plan, is a navigation chart that allows us to demonstrate the true potential of the academic commitment of the University Foundation for Research, Technological Development and Innovation, IDITEK, and that will make it possible for us to consolidate ourselves as a Third Generation University Institution, innovative, transformative, young, dynamic, social and cultural that frames all its efforts around contributing to the competitiveness and productivity of the sectors in which it is inserted, under research and technological development approaches.
With the construction of this Plan, we begin our institutional cycle of planning, execution, self-evaluation and planning, with a view to ensuring quality and high quality from the cooperative and collaborative work of the IDITEK university community. This inter and multidisciplinary effort is undoubtedly a sign of the commitment of its Founders and Managers, with higher education and with the country.
The 2023-2026 PDI will begin its validity in a country that yearns to achieve substantial changes and profound social transformations, in the areas of peace and reconciliation, which is why IDITEK is an active part of this work, based on four fundamental axes: a) the management and conservation of Innovation (Science, technology and innovation from projects), b) Multidisciplinary Pedagogical Innovation Processes (pedagogical practice + ICT + research), c) educational collaboration and transformation (as a cross-cutting axis) and, d) management of employability contexts, Opportunities and job placement (learning by doing).
This nascent project is managed from an institutional environment of planning, well-being, social projection, research, training and transformation under defined criteria of quality and innovation are consolidated as part of the institutional culture that strengthens us and allows us to achieve the goals set.
The Teaching policy at IDITEK, from the management, conservation and transformation of disciplinary knowledge and sciences, from professional training, integrates transfer, inter-institutional relations, technology and the implementation of innovative practices. Likewise, it is oriented from innovation by articulating individual and collective actions for the development, use and utilization of the information provided by the productive and business sectors. All this articulated with the active participation of teachers and their representatives in the governing bodies and institutional co-management of IDITEK (Board of Directors, academic and curricular of the Schools).
This policy allows for the development of the transformation, modification and social appropriation of new technologies and production processes, their management and development, the creation of ventures and innovations from transformational management (substantial functions) within pedagogical practices and the curricular development of each of the academic programs promoted by the Schools in IDITEK (both for face-to-face and virtual scenarios).
This allows IDITEK to dialogue in a scenario of business competitiveness, transfer and technology, promoting the generation of knowledge, and increasing added value through research, teaching and extension, as the basis of a process of social appropriation and technological management that results in the transformation of the economy based on technological development.
To strengthen the activity of transfer of theoretical and practical knowledge, from comprehensive training based on pedagogical scenarios and practices based on research, technological development and innovation. in-person or virtual, increasing strategic, tactical and administrative capacities from the integration of the productive and business sectors with a focus on innovative creative businesses, knowledge management, and inter-institutional cooperation with the aim of transforming the actions and processes of economic and social sustainability.
The members of the IDITEK community are committed to fulfilling their responsibilities and duties arising from their functions and employment contracts, which must be aligned and adjusted in their performance, with the postulates established in the General Statute, the regulations and the development of the Good Government, Governance and Accountability Model.

IDITEK adopts the Productive Transformational Training Pedagogical Model (FTP + Learning by Doing) based on constructivism and the concretion of learning results for professional practice, associated with critical reflection on the learning process. This model of knowledge transformation and transfer of learning results is managed from an active, affective, effective, productive and collaborative training model, which allows the incorporation of business needs and disciplinary practice to the solution of real problems in society, business and industry.
Thus, by creating this new model of IDITEK, it allows the teacher and the student to work systemically and in a coordinated manner to satisfy social and business needs, enhancing the dimensions of being through assertive, creative and innovative professional and training practice, developing, based on inter and multidisciplinary concepts and theories, technological developments that enhance knowledge management, professional skills and social and cultural attitudes of the subject, from a business and productive approach.
