Print your invoice and complete payment at authorized banks before the deadline. If paying by check, ensure you include your name, student ID, identification number, and other information on the back.
Enable your second banking PIN and confirm your maximum online transaction limit. Not valid for foreign banks. If a transaction is pending, the system allows a retry after 3 hours. The payment certificate is available two business days later.
Credit card payments are processed via the PSE button on the portal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For security purposes, if a transaction is pending, retries are blocked for 3 hours. IDITEK
Choose the International Payment option on the portal and follow instructions based on your country of origin. Refer to the “Basic Guide to International Tuition Payments” if needed.
If a company is covering part or all of your tuition, request an invoice at least 5 business days before the payment deadline. Specify in advance and you should not be pre-enrolled for that period.
Submit your request directly with the corresponding fund, via check or electronic transfer. Make the request several days ahead of the deadline to avoid penalties.
If you have educational insurance, download your payment receipt on the portal and send it to your insurance provider following their instructions.
If you need to split your payment among multiple methods (e.g., cash, cards) because one method doesn’t cover it fully, email admisiones@iditek.edu.co with the payment amounts and receipt. You’ll receive payment links and must finalize payment through the portal within three business days. Request this arrangement at least 8 business days before the deadline to avoid extra charges. Need a payment certificate or a special certification? Request it easily online by choosing the type of certificate and payment method.
Through our refund service, students can request a total or partial reimbursement of tuition fees, in accordance with IDITEK’s established schedule and policies.

15th of every month – Application deadline
Applicants must complete their application before the 15th to be considered for the current enrollment cycle.
28th of every month – Admission results
You’ll receive your admission letter and access to the payment portal between the 20th and 22nd.

Yes! At IDITEK, we believe in barrier-free access. If you’re experiencing financial difficulties, you can request a waiver of the application fee through our admission form. Our team will review your request confidentially.
We evaluate each applicant based on their academic background, motivation, commitment, and alignment with their chosen program. We do not require standardized test scores. We value talent with a forward-thinking mindset and a willingness to learn through experience.
